Consent to Receive Messages
NoHo LIV Apartments publishes the phone number (818) 210-4579 on our building signage, on this website, and in our rental listings. When you send a text message to that number, you are initiating the conversation and consenting to receive text messages from us in reply about apartment availability, pricing, and tour scheduling.
We only send text messages to people who have texted us first or who checked an SMS consent box on our tour request form at noholiv.com/#tour. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number, your SMS opt-in consent, or the contents of your messages with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of renting an apartment or of any purchase.
Tour Request Form
You can request a tour on our website at noholiv.com/#tour. The form includes two optional, unchecked boxes: one to receive text messages about your rental inquiry (tour scheduling, confirmations and reminders), and one to receive occasional marketing text messages about future availability and leasing updates (up to 4 per month). Messages related to your tour request may come from (818) 847-7338 or (818) 210-4579. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of renting or of requesting a tour.
Types of Messages You May Receive
Replies to your questions about unit availability, pricing, and features; confirmations, reminders and follow-ups regarding a tour you requested; links to photos, interactive tours, or the rental application when you ask for them; and, only if you checked the marketing box, occasional updates about future availability.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us. Most conversations consist of a small number of messages. Marketing messages, if you opted in, are limited to 4 per month.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. These charges come from your mobile carrier, not from NoHo LIV Apartments. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
How to Opt Out
You may stop receiving text messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and we will send no further messages to that number. You can rejoin at any time by texting us again.

Automated Assistance
Some replies to calls and text messages are handled by an automated virtual leasing assistant. You may ask to speak with a person at any time and we will connect you with our on-site manager.
Staff Notifications
NoHo Rentals LLC staff receive internal tour-booking alerts by text message only after signing our SMS Staff Consent form. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Mobile numbers and message contents collected through text messaging or our tour request form are used only to respond to your leasing inquiry and to coordinate a tour.
