Text and email communications
SMS opt-in: consent to receive text messages is collected in two ways. First, through the separate, optional checkboxes on the tour-request form on this website, which are not pre-checked — one for non-marketing messages about a rental inquiry, requested tours, appointment confirmations and application-status reminders, and one for marketing messages about future availability and leasing updates. Second, by sending a text message to (818) 210-4579, the number published on our building signage, on this website and in our rental listings; when you text that number first, you are initiating the conversation and consenting to receive replies about availability, pricing and tour scheduling. We do not send text messages to any number that has not contacted us first. Providing a phone number alone does not constitute SMS consent, and SMS consent is not a condition of renting or of receiving a response.
Operational communications regarding a requested tour or rental inquiry may be sent using the contact information provided. Optional future-availability messages require separate consent and may be discontinued at any time by replying STOP. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; information may be shared with service providers only as necessary to deliver the communications described here.
